This policy explains how the WillScot Modular Desk at 1840 Commerce Court, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85034 handles personal data sent through willscotus.com. It was revised in March 2026. It covers the inquiry form, the blog comment form and ordinary server logs. It does not cover a later supply contract’s project archive, which is described in that contract if one is signed.
The model inquiry asks for given name, family name, work email, phone, company, destination country and a message. The message should describe use, quantity, size, storeys, climate loads, fit-out and port. Please do not place government identity numbers or payment card data in that box. The blog comment form asks for a name, an email and the comment text, plus the article identifier. Server logs may store IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time, for security and for diagnosing failed posts.
Inquiry data is used to answer the model request, to decide whether WS-2436, WS-3030 or WS-KD can be priced, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not sell the list. We do not use the file to train a public model. Blog comments are used to display the comment if the desk approves it, and to reply if you asked a specification question. Log data is used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
A complete inquiry is kept for 24 months from the last message in the thread, then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying count of modules discussed. An inquiry we decline because the file is empty of project facts is kept for 90 days. Blog comments stay with the article until you ask for removal or the article is withdrawn. Security logs rotate on a 90-day cycle unless a specific incident requires a longer hold, in which case the hold is limited to that incident file.
Staff on the specification desk and the people who maintain the mail system can read an inquiry. A hosting provider processes the site under a written instruction. We do not hand the file to a freight forwarder or a crane company unless you ask us to coordinate that introduction. If a law requires disclosure, we limit the disclosure to the request we received.
The desk is in the United States. If you write from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with transfer rules, you send the data understanding it will be read in Arizona. Where a transfer tool is required, we use the contractual clauses our counsel has adopted for that route. You may refuse to send the form. The catalogue pages remain readable without an account.
You may ask for a copy of the inquiry we hold, a correction of a company name or port, or deletion of a thread that has not moved into a signed contract. Write to [email protected] with the subject Privacy and the email you used on the form. We answer within 30 days. If we must keep a record to defend a quotation already relied on, we will say what we are keeping and why. You may also contact a supervisory authority in your country. This policy does not waive that route.
The site uses a session cookie so a form can be submitted and a preference cookie if you change the region view in the footer. Those cookies are not used to build an advertising profile. Blocking them may stop the form from posting. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on these pages.
