These terms govern use of willscotus.com and the model-sheet quotations issued by the WillScot Modular Desk in Phoenix. They were last revised in March 2026. They are a website and quotation rule set. They are not a construction contract, a structural calculation, or a building permit.
Pages that describe WS-2436, WS-3030 and WS-KD state external sizes, coating notes, wall thickness options and a freight method. A size on a page is an offer to discuss that code. It becomes a supply description when a written quotation names the revision, the quantity and the destination country. Photographs of lifting lugs or panel joints illustrate the product family. They do not freeze a member size.
A quotation is valid for the period printed on it, commonly 21 days in the 2026 desk practice, unless the text says otherwise. Freight, duties, foundation works, crane hire and site installation are included when the quotation lists them. If the quotation is silent, those items sit with the buyer. Currency, Incoterms and the discharge port are part of the quotation, not of this webpage.
Design wind speed, ground snow load and seismic basis must be supplied by the buyer or marked open. WillScot will not treat an empty cell as zero, and will not treat a sample figure published for illustration, such as 45 m/s or 1.5 kN/m², as the load for a different site. Compliance with IBC, Eurocode, NCC or any other code is a project review. Acceptance by an authority is not promised by a model code or by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001. Those three certificates describe management systems at the plant.
A panel listing is not a wall rating once doors, windows and corner posts are present. If a minute rating is required, the quotation must attach the assembly evidence it relies on. Galvanized coating mass, when stated as Z275, refers to the members listed, and cut edges need the repair the installation note describes. Most modules are not ISO freight containers and do not carry CSC plating unless the quotation says they do.
You agree that the use, quantity, fit-out boundary and port you submit are accurate to your knowledge. If a line is unknown, label it unknown. WillScot may decline to price a file that asks the desk to invent a load or a permit path. You will not send payment card numbers through the inquiry form.
You may read the pages and send an inquiry. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, misrepresent a WillScot model sheet as a permit, or remove revision dates when you forward a document. Trademarks and page text stay with their owners. A link to the site does not create a partnership.
To the extent the law allows, WillScot is not liable for site decisions made from catalogue pages alone, including crane selection, foundation design and authority submissions. Liability for a supplied module, if a contract is later signed, is the liability written in that contract. These terms do not limit liability that a statute forbids limiting.
These website terms are read under the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. Courts in Maricopa County are the venue for website-term disputes. A later supply contract may choose a different law for the goods themselves, and that contract controls the goods if the two documents disagree.
Questions about these terms go to [email protected] with the subject line Terms. The desk replies on business days, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 America/Phoenix.
